Keystone Motor Inn, a Travelodge by Wyndham

Really bad experience. The bathtub in my room was blocked, and the non-slip mat was moldy. There were pins sticking out of the cabinets, and I got hurt.

I only wanted my change back, but the staff’s behavior was completely over the top. Every time I went to the bar, I was told the previous drink had been charged at the wrong price, which seemed suspicious. When I politely asked about the prices and asked to see a receipt, the bartender kicked my group and me out and called me stupid. We agreed to leave. As we tried to gather our things right after being told to go, she ran to get security and the assistant manager. When I explained what had happened, the assistant manager was very unprofessional too. I’d avoid this place unless you want to be verbally abused and have your money stolen.

The price is reasonable, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again. The keycard for our first room didn’t work, but the attendant was very nice and moved us to another room. That one smelled, so she moved us once more, and the third room was okay. The area felt sketchy, and I even found a bullet in my chair, lol.

I stayed in room 23 for eight nights and won’t be back. I have trouble with stairs and was put on the second floor, with no consideration for my disability. There weren’t any do not disturb signs, and pounding machines in the area meant an automatic 8:00 am wake-up. I had bad allergies from the room and had to make my way to shoppers for Claritin. There was also too much noise from intoxicated people, with people screaming and fighting outside.
