Days Inn & Conference Centre by Wyndham Camrose Norsemen

Donna was serving breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and went above and beyond to sort out our booking issue with a third-party vendor. She was kind, helpful and professional, and made sure our stay turned out perfectly. She deserves recognition. Breakfast was really good too. Days Inn in Camrose was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the decor was tasteful, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend it!

I didn't stay at the Days Inn, but went to Gravity Lounge for a meeting. The Norseman Brewing Thor' Hammer IPA was excellent, and the Smoked Rib Fingers were awesome pork ribs. I'd make the 45-minute drive just to have them again!

I came back to my room hoping for a nice clean bed, but it hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told they only clean rooms every three days. No fresh towels, no garbage taken out, nothing. I thought the nightly price should be lower if room cleaning isn't included every day. My company works with a lot of hotels, and I'll pass along this experience. It's really sad to see the hotel fall this far in its service. I wasn't impressed at all and won't be back.

The floors were annoyingly slippery, especially in the bathroom, so footwear or slippers would be a good idea when practical. We didn't have time to check out the other amenities, but I'd stay here again and probably will soon. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a microwave, fridge and coffee machine if needed. The complimentary breakfast is cooked to order in the restaurant, with bacon or sausage, two eggs, toast, hash browns and coffee. Other breakfast items cost extra. There's also a lunch buffet and a Sunday brunch buffet.
