Yoho Chalets

Yoho Chalets cabin #18 was a treat for our May 2025 stay. The views were stunning, and we spent hours exploring along the river, an easy walk from the cabin. It was simple to reach from Calgary, but far enough away to unplug. The cabin was well equipped for making good meals and comfortably fit me, my son, and a family of four. We made wonderful memories there. I'd highly recommend it for a fun weekend in the woods and an easy camping experience.

I found this old photo in my archives and wanted to share it. This was a trip from June 30, 2015, ten years ago, when I believe the place was called Chancellor Peak Chalets. We stayed in cabin 14, and it became one of my best vacation memories. The rustic log cabin was well equipped, and the views were stunning. I loved waking up to Eagle's Glacier outside the window. The setting made for rejuvenating mornings and evenings, and I had an absolutely great time with my family. I'd live there if I could. I still dream of going back someday, if I can afford to travel again.

A clean, lovely place tucked away in the mountains. It was perfect for a snowboarding getaway with friends.

The mountain view was hard to beat, and there was plenty of space. We had every dish, pan, and utensil we needed, plus a barbecue and fire pit. The stone fireplace was amazing, the chalet was immaculately kept, and our kids loved the little “kids cubby.” Such a cozy weekend in a beautiful place. Highly recommend!
