We found this place on Google Maps, and the website made it look like a well-organized company. We called to reserve a two-bedroom apartment and confirmed twice in one day with a man who sounded certain the booking was set. But when we arrived, he said he couldn't provide the room, left us in the lobby, and disappeared. We asked the apartment concierge whether he worked there. The management service team said he was a private owner who might own three apartments in the building, and that many people had run into the same problems. They said he often changes his mind and, if he gets a longer booking, will turn away shorter-stay customers regardless of who booked first. I found the experience very bad and the person dishonest.

The owner communicated well and dealt with issues effectively, though they were a little terse. The apartments were clean and had very nice amenities. I loved my stay, and it was a lovely experience.

There are great amenities, including a gym, pool, billiards room, bowling alley, movie theatre, and a large, beautiful garden. I'd highly recommend it for rental needs.
