The location was nice, and we had a good evening walking around and trying a local pub. The rooms were clean and nice enough, but the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. A surprise $80 cleaning fee, missing from the original price, felt like a slap in the face. We thought we could put up with it because it was still cheaper than a hotel room. The real problem was the noise. The walls were paper thin, and the group partying in the next suite sounded like they were in our living room. After a few hours, around 4-5am, I contacted the person in charge because we couldn't sleep. I'd already asked the neighbors to stop. They promptly apologized and asked if I wanted them to take action. I said yes right away. About an hour later, they sent the exact same message, so I guess there's an automated response after hours. By then it was about 6am and we'd barely slept. I again asked them to act. They apologized, but nothing changed. We left at 7:30am and the neighbors were still going. If you don't plan on sleeping, the location is good enough, I guess. Nothing else about the stay was good.

This feels more like an Airbnb stay, with access codes and instructions sent before arrival. Parking is the worst part: there are only 5 spots out back, and if you don't get one, you have to find street parking elsewhere. The TV sound was garbled, and I had trouble getting anything on it, especially local news. There was also lots of hallway noise at night, making it hard to sleep.

The host was attentive and available whenever I needed something. I spent 6 days in this apartment, which was clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped to make the stay comfortable. Its location near old port and Metro made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the city. I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment with excellent service.

Really clean, amazing place, and everything is new. The staff are warm and welcoming! I also had a pedicure, which was 👌 👍

The extra $80 cleaning fee appeared only after my reservation was confirmed. It hadn't been mentioned beforehand, and it felt like a deliberate attempt to scam me. I'd stayed in many places and never seen anything so unprofessional or misleading. The pricing was dishonest, and the whole thing ruined my experience. I wouldn't come back and strongly suggest avoiding this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
