The apartment’s open kitchen, living space, and bedrooms were great. A few issues came up, though: the shade in bedroom 2 was down and wouldn’t raise, and the shower in bedroom 4 drained very slowly. Shower temperatures were hard to manage, sometimes too hot with no response when I turned the valve cooler, and other times very cold without warming up. There weren’t any tissue boxes in the apartment, so a few would be a good addition.

Gael greeted us at the unit and was very nice and helpful. Our family of five enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The location was amazing. We never used our rental car, which we parked in a nearby garage around the corner. It felt very safe and cost about $20 CAD a night. There are five coffee shops downstairs within a five-minute walk. The kitchen was well supplied, though I would have liked a regular filter coffee maker as well as the espresso machine. The penthouse was clean, spacious, and quiet considering how busy the street is. The private elevator opens right into the unit, which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, with crisp linen and warm comforters. Showers were nice too, though it takes a couple of minutes for the water to get hot.

This apartment was a good fit for our group, with a large shared area and private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It’s well located in Montreal, and check-in was easy. We had a great time.

A real gem, and I’d highly recommend it. The downtown location is fantastic, with many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The place has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half baths, plus a large common area. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, and there’s an awesome Sonos sound system and customizable colored lighting. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the private elevator was great. I’d definitely book again.
