The breakfast was amazing, and the whole stay felt worth the money. My daughter and I came for a Valentine’s getaway, and the room, pool, lobby, and elevators were all spotless and well kept. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one really stood out. Nothing to complain about, and we’ll definitely come back. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know.

The staff were professional and kind. I had car trouble and couldn't get there on the night I booked, so I called. The woman who answered canceled the reservation and returned my points without charging me. We tried again a week after getting a new car, but the hotel was full. I was glad with how they handled it, and I'll book there next time.

The location was handy, with grocery stores and restaurants across the street and a Shoppers Drug Mart next door. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions, and the complimentary breakfast had just about everything you'd want.

Breakfast was meant to run until 10 AM, but by 9 AM many things were gone and hadn't been replenished. It would be nice if staff kept the food stocked through the end of breakfast. The bathroom also had no exhaust fan, which was uncomfortable after a shower. The rest of my stay was okay.

A big thank you to everyone, and see you next December. My wife and I got home today after our stay, and the place was great for the price. The front desk staff were welcoming, helpful, and so nice. The women working in the breakfast area deserve credit too, they work hard and do a great job.
