The trails and restaurant had incredible views, especially around sunrise and sunset, and the paths were great for hiking or biking. We rented some GREAT Rocky Mountain bikes, too. Ziplining was a good time, and we had a lot of fun at the Joro hot/cold spa, sauna, and plunge. The owner was really kind and helpful, showing us how to adjust the cold plunge. The cabins and yurts were clean, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed, including warming pads for the beds in autumn. Such a fabulous stay. The website really doesn’t show how good this place is.

The food at the Marsh View Patio was fantastic. We had braised ribs and a salad, and both were delicious. Our deluxe pod was cozy, and free firewood made the evenings especially relaxing during our two-night stay. There are over 90 km of trails for walking and biking, plus a winery just across the street. Lots of activities are offered, including biking, kayaking, ziplining, and the spa, though we thought they were a bit overpriced. There isn’t much for babies or younger kids to do, such as a playground, so this seems better suited to couples or adults with older children looking for outdoor adventure and time to relax.

I nearly stepped on a little turtle on the bike path and moved it aside so it wouldn’t get squished. There’s a small pond with some bigger turtles, too. We also had a pleasant lunch, enjoyed a local porter, and got quick, friendly service. I’d come back.

The beds and bathroom were very clean, with fresh towels and bedding, and there was plenty of room to move around the tent with an adult walker. We stayed in #15 from Monday July 28 to Thursday July 31, and the walkway from the car wasn’t far. The wheelchair ramp was much more than we expected: a sturdy wooden ramp that was easy to move, not just an aluminum pull-out one. You may need to fold the walker a little to get into the bathroom, but it wasn’t difficult. It was great to see them accommodate wheelchair users. We had a wonderful time getting away from the city at Long Point Eco Adventure's Park. It’s a beautiful place to return to with family and friends, and I’m definitely recommending it to everyone I know.

The restaurant was exceptional, with a great menu and servers who were attentive and personable. The local beers were a highlight, too. Our Wilderness suite was cozy and well equipped. I was a little surprised that the suites were so close together. It didn’t really affect our stay, but keep in mind your neighbors will be close. An excellent experience.
