Those breakfasts were a highlight, always delicious and ready right when we needed them. Pete was a great host, and his cooking was even better. We stayed five nights at the Artisan Upstairs and had an incredible time. The place is arranged more for couples or smaller groups, with two rooms that each have a king bed and another with two singles, but it worked perfectly for our six. Much better than a hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in Sudbury.

Peter’s breakfast was fantastic, far better than I’d normally expect, and his care and service were excellent. We stayed in The Artisan Guesthouse, an upstairs guesthouse in a quiet residential area near popular downtown restaurants in Sudbury, ON. The kitchen is shared between two rooms or guesthouses. The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and Peter was great.

The room gave me an immediate feeling of calm. It was beautifully decorated with a minimalist touch, but never felt bare. Breakfast was sumptuous, delicious, nicely presented, and healthy. One of the best!
