Best Western Downtown Sudbury Centreville

Breakfast has eggs, sausage, fruit and more, which I liked. The room was spacious and very clean, and housekeeping was excellent. The front desk really goes out of its way to help. It’s downtown, close to all the restaurants. I’d stay here from now on. Thank you.

We tried the Indian restaurant Taj inside the hotel and were very impressed. The hotel is downtown, close to all the restaurants, and the rooms were clean. Every employee I met was courteous and helpful. Customer service at its best. I’ll stay here again.

In the second room, both sides of the curtains were covered in dried blood. There was dried blood on the headboard and the picture too. We left after being told nothing could be done. Earlier, the general manager said she couldn’t move us, though the night shift called her and she agreed to move us. The general manager had parked in the loading dock, making it difficult to get around in winter. We also found two crack pipes on top of the fridge.

The bathtub didn’t drain properly, and the Wi-Fi never worked. There are homeless drug addicts all around the location, so I didn’t feel great about the parking, which is extremely limited too. They also charge an exorbitant pet fee. $40 is insane for this place. I’m dissatisfied and will never stay here again.
