I’d happily stay here again if I’m back in this part of the world. The rooms are spotless, with plenty of thick towels, and you can tell the owners put real care into getting everything right. The owner I met, Diane, is genuinely lovely. I really like this place. Hope you have a great trip to PEI this fall, Diane!

We’ve been coming back for years, and our stays have always been perfect. The rooms are clean and well looked after, and there are repeat guests here every time we visit. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for making our time around Wells and Barkerville such a great experience.

We first came through a couple of years ago with a few dozen school trip companions, and it felt like a cozy home away from home. The rooms are nice, everything worked, and the price was good. The people really care that you have a good stay, and I’m pretty sure Wi-Fi was free. Ask about borrowing from the DVD collection, too. The Hubs Motel has what you need for a great night, and I’d stay anytime I’m nearby. And be sure to visit Barkerville, it’s not to be missed.

Diane went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. This was our second stay while visiting Barkerville, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. For a roadside motel tucked out of the way, it’s superb. Don’t leave without trying Diane’s freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!

Wi-Fi is included, which is especially useful since Wells and Barkerville have no cell service anywhere, so keep that in mind. There are DVDs and games to borrow, and the location is right in central Wells. Parking is plentiful, too. The room was very clean and well appointed, and the host was extremely helpful and generous. I’d highly recommend staying here.
