For breakfast, they serve great local food, and they even had an early option for us business travellers. We felt welcome the whole time. The team spoke only Italian, but they were keen and motivated to give us good service. This is a cute little place tucked away in Ticino. Given the choices in the more remote villages, I'd say the rooms and comfort are pretty good. The sanitary rooms were modern and very clean, and the beds were comfortable and quiet.
