We were right by the train station, which was amazing, and only a short walk from a central area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean and very well maintained. It wasn't especially spacious, but there was enough room for me, my partner, and our baby, and the crib was complimentary.

The room suited us well since we could make our own breakfast and had somewhere to sit. We slept so well, thanks to the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. Locke am Platz is a great base for a few days in Zürich: Enge train station is right opposite, trams stop there too, the airport is easy to reach, and the town centre is an easy walk away. We had a great weekend and I'd happily recommend the hotel. The city was lovely too.

Sabrina came to the rescue when we'd misplaced the return envelope for a package, finding us a box and packing tape. The location, 30 seconds from Enge train station and close to several tram lines, worked well given our accessibility limitations. There's a lift at the hotel. Our courtyard-facing room was very quiet, so sleep wasn't an issue. The kitchenette was a great bonus for storing refrigerated items and having a second sink. We didn't use the self-service laundry, but it was available daily from 8 to 10pm. We'd definitely return.

Thao gave us a really friendly welcome at check-in, and the team had made a special effort in our room since we'd recently got married. It was clean, modern, trendy, and in a fantastic spot. To park, pull over on a nearby street and go to reception for the entry fob before driving up to the garage. We had a lovely night at the Locke Am Platz and would definitely recommend it.

We spent three lovely nights here. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice little spot to sit and drink coffee, and the location was great. It got very hot overnight, so we had to open the balcony door to cool it down. The staff were accommodating and brought us a large fan, which helped. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
