Poor service. Check-in time is 3 pm, but the room wasn't ready on time. When I contacted the so-called online receptionist, they discussed the issue and kept me on hold for more than 10 mins, then just said, "we are running busy." The hotel needs to plan better for its customers. How can being busy cause problems for tourists?

The view and location were lovely. The room was beautiful, very clean, and smelled nice. I’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed here three times now, a week each visit, and it’s been a pleasant surprise every time. The bed and pillows are especially comfortable, and they leave welcome snacks and drinks. The kitchen is a decent size for a short stay. Tram and grocery shops are just a minute away, with lots of tasty restaurants less than five minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I love this place. I’ll be back.

We spent hours waiting for a response after reporting the problem early in the morning, which wasted valuable time. The shower was badly clogged and flooded the bathroom, with water reaching the room. In the end, we had to clear the drain ourselves because nobody came to fix it. They later left towels, but didn’t empty the trash where we’d put the debris. A bag of chips with a note was their response, which felt like a joke. The hotel was slow to act, and the compensation wasn’t fair. The whole stay was a disaster, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
