Apart Hotel Central

It was central, clean, and the service was good, but the mattress needs replacing. Since there's a nightclub, people hang around in the hallway making noise late into the night, and reception doesn't answer when you call. The room also has no sound insulation. You can hear people talking in the street even from the fourth floor 😡

Breakfast was meant to come at 9, but didn't show up until 10. The TV in our room wasn't working, so we were moved to another one. There, the toilet wouldn't flush, the electric water heater never warmed the water, and there was lots of street noise. A bad experience overall.

The rooms were clean and tidy, but the place felt like a squatted hotel. The elevator only worked now and then, and you had to call the manager to use it. I paid for parking and only stayed one night. For that price, I'd gone to Holiday Inn Puerto Montt. Beware!

A decent budget hotel, but remember there's no elevator and the room is four floors up.
