Weave Studios - Kowloon West

At Weave Studio (Kowloon West), staff are professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever you need something. They really care about their residents. I enjoy staying here and would definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues looking for a long stay.

Keith at Weave Studio made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. He paid attention to what I wanted and delivered results beyond what I expected. He's very skilled, and throughout the whole process he made sure I felt confident and cared for. His professionalism and warm personality made for an amazing experience. If you want top-tier service from someone who clearly loves their work, I highly recommend Keith.

The community team helps make Weave Studios – KLN feel welcoming. Keith, Monique, Angel, Duncan, Joyce, Jovi, Vanessa, Christine, Yannes, and King are approachable and responsive. William at KLN always greets you warmly and is happy to answer questions. I also want to thank Bibianna for helping renew my booking when I needed to extend my stay, and Wendy and Shirley for keeping my unit clean and well maintained. The building is well managed and the environment made it easy to settle in. The coliving arrangement gives me private space, with regular community events and shared areas where it's easy to chat after work or join activities. I've had a very positive experience living here.

I didn't receive my mailbox key when I checked in, and nobody mentioned it until checkout. Then a community team member said it had been given to me and insisted I needed to pay, assuming I had lost it. I asked them to check the entrance CCTV to confirm I hadn't received it, but got no response until I said I would escalate the matter to management. Eventually they told me the key had been found, but it had been kept from me for my entire month-long stay. Being left uninformed and then blamed for misplacing it was frustrating and unacceptable. The incident raises serious concerns for me about staff honesty and professionalism. Potential guests should stay alert to this issue. Open communication and integrity matter in a business, and I hope management addresses these shortcomings and improves the service.
