Right in the centre of Santa Rosa, this little hotel is clean, quiet, and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. John and Simon deserve a special thank you for being so accommodating and helping us arrange our travel. I recommend staying here.

The hot water in the shower could be better, but I still enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel itself is very nice, and the price felt fair for what was offered. I’d recommend it.

The bathrooms were clogged and smelled bad, and the owners ignored the problems. Service was terrible. They showed us a room with our belongings still inside, then removed them to give it to new guests.

The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, and there was hot water. The service was good, and it would suit a longer stay. Street noise was annoying, though.

The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe late at night, though the hotel is just a block from the main park. It's an old house converted into a hotel, with comfortable, clean facilities.
