The buffet meals were a highlight, breakfast and dinner were both a culinary treat. I also want to thank Michael, the waiter, for his cheerful 'yes can do!' attitude and for putting together a lunch bag when I had to leave very early. I spent a lovely week there, enjoying walks by the lake and the pool. The staff were so friendly and ready to help that it was almost a bit overwhelming, in the best way. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in the area, even though we didn't get the sunny weather we hoped for. The rooms and apartments were great, breakfast was lovely, and the pool and other services were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel/resort.

It's a really nice, clean hotel and the food is good, with plenty of variety. We were there in the off season, in mid-October, and found there wasn't much to do nearby.

We had a great time as a family of four in a really fun, lovely unit. Downstairs there was a kitchen, living room and a door out to the garden. The bedrooms, showers and toilets were upstairs. The children couldn't find anything they wanted to eat at breakfast or dinner, though. The place itself is amazing and really worth recommending.

The staff were polite and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food, well above what we'd expect by Czech standards. Since it was low season, we could use the indoor pool and wellness area for free, and the Lego exhibition was surprisingly good. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable Deluxe villa right by the lake, with a spectacular view from the balcony. A wonderful resort for families, and we'll definitely come back.
