Terrible hotel! The rooms were dirty and very old, with cheap refurbishment and dirt everywhere. The sheets had been used. There was no staff available at any time. Never again!

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the location good. But they charge way too much for the service you get.

Good service, and they provide a free travel ticket.

Breakfast was great, and the service was attentive. The rooms were well maintained, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk away, or quicker by tram. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again for a city break.
