We were in town visiting friends for a couple of nights, and the rooms worked well for us: simple, thoughtfully laid out, and very clean, with what we needed to be comfortable. The lobby bar was a cozy place to sit and unwind, especially before a late journey, though the drinks felt a bit expensive. We thought the stay was good value and would happily come back.

The bar had tasty cocktails and different seating options for different moods and group sizes. Walking into the lobby gave a great impression, and that feeling carried into the room. The rooms were just the right size and had the right accommodations. Great locations and staff too. We'd book again on our next trip to Düsseldorf.

The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, and the room's overall hygiene was below basic standards. On arrival, there was feces on the toilet seat, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. The complimentary welcome water advertised on the website was also missing, even though it was one reason we booked directly there. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this stay fell well short. I hope they take the problem seriously and address it for future guests.

Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions. Breakfast had a fresh, varied selection, and the staff welcomed me with warm, professional service from the start. My room was stylish, spotless, and comfortable, with a modern design and a cozy, practical feel. Hotel Motel One Düsseldorf went beyond what I expected. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Düsseldorf.

A good choice for a short stay: central location and friendly service. The room walls could use a little repainting, but otherwise it was good.
