6/10
The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous, and my room was clean and functional, perfectly adequate for a short business trip. The hotel is large and has plenty of on-site parking. Its location is practical between the airport, Eintracht Frankfurt stadium, and the city, though it feels somewhat isolated on the outskirts. I stayed two nights during Ambiente 2026, when Frankfurt was extremely busy and last-minute places were limited, so the price-to-value ratio was understandably less favorable. The building shows its age and would clearly benefit from renovation. The elevators felt especially outdated and were occasionally noisy. At regular rates of around €100-120 per night, though, it’s a practical and reliable option for business travelers.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and had dinner at the pub. The food was great. In the morning there was a large breakfast buffet, and they’d even left a bear for my kid. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower pressure was amazing.

The dinner menu is a little limited, but the food was tasty and well cooked. The hotel was very full because I stayed during a large exhibition in Frankfurt, yet all the staff remained friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm.

4/10
We booked several staff rooms and a meeting room for business. The meeting room was good, but colleagues said the hotel rooms were old and had a bad smell. Email communication about the booking was poor too: sometimes replies took several days, and some questions were never answered. We won’t book it again. Not recommended.

The rooms are spacious, and the location has a quaint feel. Breakfast is good, with a nice spread. The train station isn’t very accessible, but taxis and Uber are available for getting to the city.
