The rooms are clean, tidy, and basic, and the location is right in the centre of the Reeperbahn. Fine for a couple of nights.

My economy room was a good size, had plenty of natural light and windows that opened, and was reasonably priced for Hamburg. The bed was really comfy, with a soft, heavenly pillow, and the room was spotless. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to find somewhere safe for my bike. I really appreciated that. It was in a busy nightlife area, but on a Tuesday night it was quiet after midnight.

I was here for five nights and met quite a few staff members. Every one of them was excellent, from the front desk and bar to the servers, cleaners, and night porters. They were all ready to go above and beyond. Sascha at the front desk was especially helpful, and Sayed/Said is the best bartender in Germany, maybe Europe! The hotel and bar were spotless, and the location right on the Reeperbahn is fantastic. I'll be back next year.

The staff are great, and being right on the Reeperbahn puts you close to the subway and all the district's energy. The rooms are simple, with no AC or fridge and just a basic shower. It is a really nice spot, but be warned, it gets LOUD at night.

The bathroom was tiny, and the rooms on the fifth floor were really hot. The photos don't show the place accurately. It doesn't feel like a three-star hotel, and the location isn't ideal for a family with young kids.
