Premier Inn Hamburg St. Pauli

We've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The rooms are clean and spacious for the price, with plenty of surfaces for bags and unpacking, and outlets all around. The AC and showers were good, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend it, best hotel for the price!

I spent five nights at Premier Inn and had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent for me, right between St. Pauli and the city center, where I spent a lot of time. Staff were among the most welcoming and helpful I've encountered, and they responded quickly. When we had a small problem with the door handle, someone came and fixed it in literally two minutes. The rooms were very comfortable, with big beds and an extra chair. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with lots of room for our things, something some other hotels lack. Breakfast was okay, but I'd have liked more variety. Hotels in the same range sometimes offer more for the same price. I'd love to visit Hamburg again, and Premier Inn is definitely my choice.

The rooms are plain but modern and have enough equipment. They're already a little worn, though, and the mattresses are completely worn out. There's a spacious underground parking garage right beneath the hotel, and overall I thought the price and value were good. The location is very central, five minutes from the Reeperbahn and 15 from the harbor. The room stayed quiet thanks to well-insulated windows, though they can't be opened. Ventilation comes through the air conditioning.

The price was good and breakfast was nice. Our family room was clean, but small, and didn't suit a family with two kids. The bar and restaurant close very early. The team was accommodating, though, and let us use the bar section. Families might do better choosing somewhere more central near Jungfernstieg or HafenCity.
