The bar team worked efficiently and still seemed to enjoy their jobs, which made for a warm, relaxing atmosphere. And Babou made memorable cocktails. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with staff quickly picking up whether guests wanted a leisurely meal or needed to eat faster, which suited leisure travelers, business guests, and families. I also have to mention Wezi, whose genuine smile made the start of the day brighter. From the welcome at reception onward, the professionalism and warmth carried through every department and staff member I met. My room was bright, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a coffee machine, and a powerful hot shower. Thanks to everyone who made my stay such a pleasure.

The kids were especially happy with breakfast, they loved the pancakes, mini donuts, and cookies. We stayed two nights as a family, and the family room gave the four of us loads of space. Even though we arrived just 15 minutes before breakfast ended, the staff were really helpful and made fresh pancakes for us.

What made our stay was how friendly and attentive every employee was. Reception welcomed us warmly, and the bar staff were lovely while serving drinks and food. We also enjoyed the warm sauna in the wellness area. The rooms and hotel itself are really nice, and while it’s a little far from the old city, transport options are good. A very nice stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed here for more than ten nights over two years, and the quality has been consistently top notch. Breakfast is amazing, with a buffet and à la carte choices, and the building is spacious and well kept. The staff are friendly and easy to reach. We also tried similarly priced places in Heidelberg, including Marriot, but nothing came close. 100% recommended.
