The place was very bad. The Russian landlady was an issue for me. I marked the location, cleanliness, comfort, and immigrant neighbors with an x. The ground-floor balcony was open to everyone, including people on the street, and the bathroom flooded. Guests are expected to clean for whoever comes next. My rating: 3/10.
