Hotel Galleria

The reception was often unattended, so getting help was frustrating. Our room smelled stale, and the sheets had an unclean, musty odor. The TV was a small computer monitor placed where it couldn't be watched from the bed. Breakfast was mediocre, with little variety or substance; although eggs were on display, they refused our request for a fried egg. After paying for four nights, I left thoroughly disappointed and can't recommend Hotel Galleria.

The hotel's website photos and antique-looking decor did nothing to make the rooms feel better. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful, with mold, dust, cobwebs on the walls, stained bedding, and a strange odor from the sheets. The pillows seemed ancient. Dirty curtains were mentioned twice in my notes, and the walls were covered in cobwebs. With so much dust and stench, I worried someone could get sick or feel unable to breathe. There was effectively no reception. When we arrived, the place was empty, no one answered, and we couldn't get through by phone. It felt like an abandoned house in a horror film. There are lots of cameras, which seemed to be the most expensive thing there; the hotel itself looks decades old and is not maintained. It's on the outskirts of Munich. For this kind of money, people on business trips should at least get a simple, clean room. I can't understand the deception, or how Germany and the EU allow a place like this to operate. I would only take people here as a tour of an abandoned old site, or expect visitors to be paid extra to stay.

Inside, the building was a letdown: the room was dirty, with spiders on the walls and dust on the closets. Breakfast was very poor, and we even found a yellow thing under the bed. The outside looked fine, but the interior was something else. At 80€ a night it was cheap, but still not worth it. Worst hotel.

The rooms themselves were quite good, but everything else made this one of my worst hotel experiences. The owners and staff were rude and arrogant, and seemed to care only about getting our money. Breakfast was a meager serving, and they made a fuss even about giving us a slice of salami despite calling it a buffet. They claimed the location had good city connections, but public transport was poor, and the building looked like an abandoned warehouse. Stay away. EDIT (After your reply): Your reply showed what I saw as your racist side, so I'll say this: you're in Germany, not China, and you can't be a thief here. You can't dilute orange juice with water or give a guest just one egg and send them away. Go back to China and sell your low-quality rip-off products. I didn't waste any breakfast, and I never arrived late. I guess it's Chinese culture to lie and steal. Go back there and export more viruses to the rest of the world. You don't seem to know what 8 minutes means; it was much longer. Thanks for the lies and disgusting behavior.
