The only reason I’d take a star off the room is the bathroom, which was really small. Otherwise, everything was just right: the room was cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked well and was fast throughout the hotel, even out on the street. Breakfast was continental, with a few local dishes and lots of drinks, from different kinds of coffee to water with cucumber and lemon. But what made the stay such a nice surprise was the staff. They were so helpful, polite, and genuinely kind, always smiling in a way that felt real. We felt welcome from the beginning to the end. I’m very pleased with the stay and will choose ibis for my next short stays wherever I am in the world.

The location was amazing and felt like the right choice for us since we were there without our parents. We loved the breakfast, and the staff were great, so kind and happy to look after us. We felt safe and comfortable. The rooms were small but enough for us, though we really didn’t like the shower cabin with two holes.

A good option for two or three nights: the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is centrally located, about a 20-minute walk from Marienplatz and a five-minute walk from the train station. Getting to the airport is easy too. Overall, the service was satisfactory.

We stayed for 7 nights during Oktoberfest, and I’d happily book here again. The train station is close, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Our room was ready at check-in and faced the quiet side of the hotel, so we slept well. It was comfortable, and although the room and bathroom were on the small side, I knew that from the reviews and didn’t mind. The place was spotless, just as the cleanliness reviews had led us to expect. I was especially relieved to see how clean the room was when we arrived. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was well worth it, with excellent food and quick restocking whenever anything ran low. A great find!
