Every receptionist we met was helpful and accommodating, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They even offered a complimentary candy bar where you could choose your own pick and mix, and the room’s minibar was complementary too. We found this beautiful little hotel while visiting Munich for a concert and the Christmas markets. It’s wonderfully situated and all the staff were super friendly. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to Munich.

The rooms are efficient, with just enough space to move around. If all you need is a place to sleep, rest your feet, take a quick shower, and head out, it could do the job. The WiFi was terrible, as it so often is, and they may as well not advertise it. Bring your own data. I think it could be cheaper, though the market probably has more to do with the price than the room layout.

We had a great stay. The room was nice and spacious, and there were lots of lovely touches for a young family. Everyone was friendly and accommodating with me and my toddler.

It’s a good hotel, but I wouldn’t call the staff especially cooperative. When I asked if they could warm up my food, they refused. I paid around 100 euros including taxes for one night, less than 12 hours, in a small single comfort room, and it didn’t even have a dental kit. I had to ask for one myself.

The reception team were super friendly 😀. They’ll hold your luggage so you can go out if you have time before your flight. It’s within walking distance of downtown Munich, with a nice breakfast and clean rooms 😃. The single room bathroom might be too small for a bigger person, but it’s fine for someone of average size. Highly recommended 😃
