The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and there were nice toiletries in the bathroom. The minibar was free, and the location was convenient for both the Old Town and the train station. One woman at reception was welcoming and nice. The man checking me in, though, wasn’t very polite and didn’t smile at all.

We were very satisfied with our stay as a family. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, about a 4-5 minute walk from the train station, and probably the most convenient hotel you can find in this area.

The staff were amazing and always said hi back when I greeted them. I had an early flight, and they managed to check me in early. The room was excellent and had a balcony, and the fridge came with complimentary drinks. They also gave me a large glass of wine as a welcome drink, and I was able to get a late checkout.

Matthew was friendly and great. His recommendation helped us get an early check-in with membership, which made a big difference with our jet lag. The room was spacious and clean, with a free minibar. We were near hbf, and Marienplatz was a 15-20 minute walk away. The toilet was a little clogged, but the service desk fixed it quickly when we called. Highly recommend.
