The reception team were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, especially our room, and the bed was perfect for a great night's sleep. I also liked the comfortable, well-designed bathroom and the good quality toilet paper. Small details like that make a difference. The location is ideal, and without a doubt this was the best place we stayed during our Europe trip. If I come back to Munich, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the towels were changed daily, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were caring and hospitable, always ready to help, and even kept our luggage until the end of the day. I booked three months before departure, and the price for six nights turned out to be very affordable. The location was perfect, just a five minute walk from the main train station and metro, with easy connections in all directions. That made day trips especially convenient: we visited Nuremberg, Salzburg, and Regensburg, and joined guided trips to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Palaces. Those tours met at Karlsplatz, a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Airport transfers were easy too. The metro station is five minutes away, and the S8 goes directly to the airport terminal. We only needed a tram to visit Nymphenburg Palace. The stop is a one minute walk away, and tram number 19 takes you to the main station, where you change to tram number 17 for the palace. I'd definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the staff for looking after us.

Check-in and check-out were really quick and easy, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The place smelled fresh and really nice, which made a big difference. I'd definitely stay again.

The beds were good, the rooms clean, and I found the stay very good value. I’m a picky traveller and still have no complaints. Breakfast was lovely, especially the smoked salmon I had every day, along with eggs and those amazing lattes. I also liked the little luxury touches, like Prosecco and cheesecake being available, even though I never tried them. You could borrow an umbrella at reception, luggage storage was handled efficiently with tags, and the showers had excellent heads. The facilities feel more like three stars plus, but the staff’s care and the management are on a five-star level. When I felt unwell, they let me check out late for a small fee despite being fully booked. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Munich.
