Gasthaus Zum Furstenberg

I travel for work a lot, so a well-kept room matters to me. The one at Gasthaus zum Fürstenberg in Oberdiebach was very clean, and the owners, Xuemei Li and Mike Schreier, made us feel genuinely welcome. Parking right in front made arriving easy. I've stayed in plenty of bad hotels, and this inn is easily one of the best I've come across. I was really impressed and would happily recommend it.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. What really stood out was how considerate the team was. They made food for us at 9:30 even though the kitchen was closed, without us having to ask.

The food was a real highlight: I had tarte flambée for dinner with a large salad that was beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent and there was so much of it. I stayed one night at the Gasthaus zum Fürstenberg as the first guest after the federal government's emergency brake, while cycling along the Rhine. My single room was charmingly furnished, clean, and had a shower and toilet. Everything had recently been renovated. Many thanks to the owners for a lovely stay.

The room felt newly renovated, with lovely attention to the furnishings, and the restaurant area has also been redone and looks very nice. We stayed one night while cycling and ate really well. The new owners are a very friendly, accommodating family. We highly recommend the guesthouse.
