Manon Les Suites

The concierge team took great care of our group, especially the newlyweds with us. They were attentive, courteous and made sure the couple felt looked after, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was also very well kept, with clean, thoughtfully maintained rooms and a high standard of service from the staff. The rooftop, restaurant and pool all had a great atmosphere and helped make the stay memorable. The whole team was exceptional.

The indoor pool is gorgeous and has a tropical feel, a lovely place to unwind after being out in Copenhagen. Manon Les Suites has a relaxing atmosphere and striking design throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a thoughtfully laid-out design and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. Getting to the city centre, restaurants and public transport was easy too. A stylish, calm and memorable stay. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

We made the trip from the UK specifically for the spa at Manon Les Suites, and it was absolutely worth it. We came back because our first stay had been so amazing and we wanted to do it all again. Duty manager Frederik made us feel welcome right away. He greeted us warmly, chatted with us and brought over our bags with robes and slippers. After we'd had a fantastic day at the spa, he asked how it went. We said it was the best, and he seemed genuinely pleased. He even told us, “Please do come again.” We will, and his hospitality is a big reason why. Unforgettable all over again.

I work at a spa myself, and this wasn't a very relaxing four-hour spa day, even though the place looks beautiful. Staff were scrubbing floors and tables, someone was watering the plants, and a social media manager was filming content. It felt more Instagrammable than worth the hype, and all that activity made it hard to unwind. The rooms are on either side of the pool across six floors, so doors kept opening and closing and guests were wheeling suitcases past. There are only a few of the fancy seats, too. Once it got crowded, the options were just standard tables and chairs. Still, it was nice to see the spa.
