Just a few blocks from the famous city center, The Mansion is very centrally located. The place has a charming, distinctive feel, with an old colonial building and rooms, each with its own design or painting. The staff were helpful with all sorts of requests. A perfect choice!

The staff were super friendly, and the location was superb. The hotel has a lot of charm. The only drawback for me was the lack of windows for ventilation, but everything else was wonderful.

They charged me twice in cash, then claimed they couldn't find my VISA card, which I had left on the table. They threatened me if I shared what happened. I'll never go back.

I came here for treatments I can't get in the States, and at times I wasn't feeling well. The staff were phenomenal, so accommodating and helpful. The rates are incredibly reasonable, and the restaurant upstairs serves delicious food. They also have laundry service for longer stays. It's centrally located and very convenient. This place is wonderful, highly recommend it.

The building has a quaint, historic feel, and it's certainly worth a look. The rooms, though, were basic and a bit cold. I also had a problem with the agreed price changing later, so I probably wouldn't stay again.
