It was awful. Be careful.

The apartment was right on the beachfront, with a fantastic terrace looking out over the sea. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and was magnificent. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. I’d highly recommend the company and will definitely stay with them again when I return to San Juan.

I booked directly through their website after contacting them on Booking.com and being persuaded to do so. I later cancelled within the free cancellation period because of the Covid pandemic, but more than a year on, I still haven’t received my refund. I wouldn’t recommend them as booking managers at all.

A welcoming, peaceful place that works well for wheelchair users. There’s a pool, and the accessible beach is just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommended.
