There's a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and three pools somewhere in between. The spa is small, with a Turkish sauna in the public area and dry saunas in the changing rooms. The lockers in the men's changing room were ridiculously small, maybe only big enough for your shoes.

They booked our massage for 8:00 PM, then hurried us through the shower because the spa was closing at 9:00 PM. The massage itself was much too gentle, though the room was fine. Earlier, the water area was so crowded that there wasn't enough space to relax, and children were in the pool. We went on Saturday afternoon, but we won't be back.

That terrace with loungers looking out to the sea is fantastic, and I really liked the massage and the beautifully decorated room. The pools, though, are a bit worn, and the jacuzzi is tiny. I skipped the larger pool because kids were splashing about and getting in the way. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is lovely, but they should fix the broken details.

For a 4-star hotel, especially one that isn't cheap, this left a lot to be desired. I went on Friday and found the facilities very old, with no signs explaining anything and some things out of order. Everything felt small and limited. The heated pool is in a shared area where people were playing ping pong and smoking.

We lost half of our two-hour visit because things weren't working. The steam sauna was out of order, the pressure jets barely worked, and the contrast shower only offered one hot or cold setting. When we arrived, the chlorine smell was unbearable, and we had to wait half an hour for the water to be changed. Nobody explained how to use the circuit. A disaster.
