Ausiàs Marc Apartment is in Barcelona's Eixample district, with Sagrada Familia 1 km away and Picasso Museum 1.3 km away. The air-conditioned place has a balcony, free WiFi, three bedrooms, a TV, and a kitchen with an oven and microwave. Tivoli Theatre is 1.4 km away, and La Seu, Cathedral of Barcelona is 1.5 km away. Barcelona El Prat Airport is the nearest airport, 14 km from the property.
Really nice.
The advertising was misleading, and the place fell short of every expectation. It was very dirty when we arrived. The heat pumps seemed never to have been serviced and made noise, as did the refrigerator. Doors and windows didn't seal properly, and the dishes were dirty too. In a country like Italy, I think a place like this would have been taken off the market. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. It wasn't cheap either: I paid €774.64 for six nights.
It was pretty much okay overall. The comfort, cleanliness, and welcome were all okay. The one thing that was really good was the location.
Really convenient for groups. The air conditioning is great in summer, and the apartment is well located.
