Seems like it may have been refurbished recently. It’s a comfortable, very nice apartment in a great spot for a short stay in Benidorm, with good bars and restaurants nearby.

The doorman was excellent, and he’s the reason I’m giving this two stars. Otherwise, I’d give it zero. The beach is only two blocks away, but there’s a music bar right at the entrance and it gets very noisy. Fortunately, it’s shut on Mondays. Some permanent residents seem to think they have more rights than people staying temporarily, and they can spoil your stay. Dogs bark day and night, there are suspicious comings and goings at different hours with money changing hands, and the police are often called. If you’re hoping to relax, this building isn’t for you. There are better options in the area for the same price.

It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The service was unbeatable too.
