I've been to Benidorm three times and stayed in these apartments twice. On the first visit, getting the keys was easy because they were kept in an office downstairs. When we came back, the office had disappeared. We were stuck outside the gate until a lovely English couple let us in and explained that we had to take a taxi up near the old town to collect the keys. We wouldn't have minded that arrangement if we'd been told before arriving. There was nothing about it on our receipts. After we got home, we complained to our travel agency. They were as surprised as we were, apologized, and assured us they hadn't known either.

It took a while to get in because the door was jammed. The apartment was a bit odd, had no wardrobe, and lacked basic essentials like tea towels. I had to wash all the plates and cutlery.

We’ve come back for four winters in a row, usually for a 7-8 week break. The location is great, and it’s always clean and tidy.
