Globales Palmanova Palace

This was our sixth visit, and it was just as good as the first. The animation team were brilliant, especially Charlotte, who made the holiday for all of us. Ben sends a special thank you. Flávio was here for his first year and did an amazing job too. The staff made Ben, who has Williams syndrome, feel especially welcome, and that meant so much to me. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Big thanks to the animation team, reception, bar staff, cleaners, and everyone working behind the scenes. Charlotte, your energy and positivity are perfect for this job, and you make a difference to everyone. It says a lot that people keep returning year after year. We can't wait to come back. Our seven-person family went in February, so not much was open. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, with a lovely café on the corner and a fantastic pizza place nearby. There was a good range of food and desserts, too. The grounds were excellent, though I think the rooms could have been cleaned with a bit more care. The entertainment was a 10 out of 10. Ira, Charlot, and Julen were wonderful, and the kids loved the mini disco every evening and the bingo. They're really good at what they do. The lifts were the main hassle. There are only two, and sometimes just one was working. We waited about ten minutes on several occasions. We were on the fourth floor with a pushchair, so taking the stairs wasn't an option.

Julen had so much energy and was lovely to be around. The entertainment really lifted our evenings and made the relaxing days better too. The desk staff were helpful with our little questions. The food was nearly great, but the cooking and variety could use some work.

They gave us a lovely surprise as returning guests, a fruit basket, a bottle of bubbly, and a card saying “welcome home.” We've stayed here a few times and never had a bad experience. Rooms are clean and have tea and coffee making things, plus English TV channels. The internet was a bit of a struggle, but it didn't spoil the holiday. The staff are great at their jobs. I couldn't say a bad word about any of them.
