Villa Columbus

A cosy place in a good location, with free parking nearby. The people were very nice, the rooms were clean, and the hospitality was good. Breakfast was good too. If I visit Mallorca again, I’ll definitely want to return to villa columbus.

It feels like a little cheerful village of its own, and you feel welcome there. This family hotel delivers what you’d hope for, in a perfect, peaceful spot where you can feel at home on mallorca.

A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are all very nice. The room was clean and pleasant, with lovely pillows. It’s not too busy, yet only a three-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was amazing, with an omelette station and good coffee.

We loved the hotel during our seven days there in April. Our room, 119, was large and came with a huge terrace. The place is a peaceful oasis, but the beach is only about a six-minute walk away, and there’s plenty of free public parking nearby. Anyone with mobility issues should check where their room is first, because some of the stairs are steep. Breakfast outside on the hotel terrace by the fountain was a treat. The buffet offered cold cuts, cheese, cakes, several kinds of bread, fruit and freshly made egg dishes. Coffee was even brought to the table by the cup. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and, as odd as it may sound, they speak German. We ate at the excellent restaurant each evening. It has themed nights like tapas, grill and pasta, while à la carte is available all the time. We had fresh sea bream, sole, sea bass, mussels and fresh paella. We enjoyed every dinner, and if a fish wasn’t available, it was because nothing there comes from the freezer.
