The Loft Las Palmas

Carlos gave us a warm welcome and communicated really well before we arrived. The Loft has plenty of space and everything you need, in a characterful building that's been updated in a modern way. I felt very comfortable there and liked the location. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after somewhere other than a hotel.

The design is beautiful and the place is very nice, with a great rooftop chillout area. Unfortunately, we could only use the rooftop on one day of our stay. Noise was another issue: the school next door is loud on weekdays, and the bar brings noise at night and on weekends. The owner is really nice and well organised.

Carlos was prompt and impeccable to deal with both before and during our stay, and did all he could to help when we raised a problem. People outside the house were noisy at night, sometimes until 5 a.m., and on a couple of occasions we couldn't sleep. The apartment itself is beautiful, airy, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with an open-plan layout, a very large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has free Wi-Fi, a TV with online channels including Netflix, toiletries, a coffee machine, and beach towels. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer just a few metres from the apartment door. The location is excellent for exploring the island, steps from the main pedestrian shopping street, with bars, cafes, and restaurants all around. A convenient multi-storey car park with a good weekly rate is a few minutes' walk away.

In the middle of the city's shopping district, this peaceful loft has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining room. It's beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you need, in a renovated historic building. The service was excellent.
