Rincón Del Conde

The staff made this stay special. They were warm, patient, and thoughtful, and Francisco especially went out of his way to welcome me. It felt like stopping by an old friend's place, not just checking into a hotel. I enjoyed sitting in the bar/café with a drink and chatting with locals as the day wound down. It's quiet and central, with a charm chain hotels don't have. My room was bright and spacious, and the bed felt like a little reward after the Camino miles. The bathroom was clean and worked fine, though it could use some updating. It doesn't shout luxury, but the hospitality makes all the difference.

We stayed in one of the suites, a great little apartment. Check-in was easy and they were so welcoming. I'd definitely recommend it. I only wish I could've stayed longer than a day and a half.

Carmen really made our stay better. She helped us plan dinner, arranged a taxi, and even put together breakfast for us to take on our early departure. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and a decent size. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

El rincon del Conde is a real gem, and I'd easily put it among the top 10% of hotels. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, well maintained, and fairly priced. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff gave me a secure indoor place to store the touring bicycle I was travelling with. Basically perfect.
