The rooms were spacious, tidy, and nicely equipped, and the staff were friendly. One thing to know about the coffee: capsules are only supplied as a welcome amount for the first day, so bring your own standard Nespresso capsules if you'll want coffee later in your stay. The hotel is in a very touristy area, so there was noise from the street and nearby flamenco shows. Sound insulation was poor as well, with a gap between the door and the wall.

We were four, and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and really nice. The entrance had a handy code, and the place felt very secure. I also appreciated how kind the receptionists were. It's an incredibly central spot in Madrid, yet still quiet and calm for resting, one minute from the 'Mercato di San Miguel' and two minutes from 'Plaza Mayor'.

The one-bedroom superior apartment was roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was a real bonus. They let us leave the car there after checkout until our flight that evening, so we could explore the city. The location was fabulous, and we'd choose to stay here again if we come back to Madrid.

The rooms had a nice theme and were modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the late arrival instructions, including for parking, were easy to follow. The location is great for central Madrid: San Miguel Food market is just meters away, plaza major is a 2-3 minute walk, and Sol is 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.
