They canceled our booking the day before we were due to arrive. We were a family of four with a newborn, and they gave no reason. There’s now nowhere else available nearby. This is outrageous service. Shame on you!

The apartments were modern and spotless, and the location in Madrid is hard to beat. We had a great stay and would come back. Amazing.

It felt secure, and the staff were friendly. The neighborhood was quiet too, with the metro entrance just a minute away.

We had a lovely few days in Madrid. The fifth-floor views were beautiful, and the apartment was clean and welcoming. It’s in a fantastic neighborhood and worked well for our family. I’d recommend it to families and people working in Madrid. We’ll definitely come back!

The only real plus was the location. The photos give a misleading impression, especially that lovely terrace, which isn’t actually there. We stayed three nights, and the apartment was poorly equipped: just two glasses, three cups, two spoons for six people, a single trash bag and one dishwasher tablet. The duvets were stained, the beds uncomfortable, and the doors wouldn’t close properly. A lot was left wanting.
