The staff were exceptionally professional and kind, and the boutique hotel is perfectly placed on gran via, close to the transportation centre in plaza de Cibeles. Breakfast was amazing, with restaurant service, a menu, and plenty of variety and quality. The beds were cosy, the bathroom well equipped, and the room was cleaned daily. Great value for money!

I’ve been to Vincci more than a dozen times, and it feels like my home away from home. The staff are the main reason I keep returning, they’re warm, friendly, and accommodating. There are comfortable, quiet spots by the lobby where you can sit, relax, or work, and order coffee or tea. The bar and restaurant are good too. Our rooms are lovely, with beautiful views down Gran Via. The location makes it easy to walk to lots of places and get to the metro. I love this place.

Room 611 had an amazing panoramic view, and the breakfast area had a lovely view too. Hotel Vincci The Mint is stylish, clean, and well located, with comfortable, well-organized rooms in a classical design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s no gym, and the room doesn’t have a kettle unless you request one. Still, it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, and everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Check-out took just three seconds, can you believe it? They even gave me a card when I left, saying I was one of their best guests. ❤️

We booked two suites and stayed with my family for about three weeks. It was a really enjoyable stay, with exceptionally kind staff and outstanding service. I hope the owners can help me book the same hotel when I visit Spain again, because I’d definitely stay there.
