We had a great experience here and will stay at this hotel again when we return to Mallorca. The location is right by the beach, and there were lots of free parking spaces near the hotel, so we had no trouble with the rental car. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. If you can, choose a room with a sea view! Our flight home wasn't until 21:45, but the hotel was fully booked and couldn't offer us a late checkout. The reception team still let us use the hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, and gave us brunch at no charge between 12:00 and 15:00. We could also use the showers and rooms to get changed before travelling. That was such thoughtful, personal service. A top-range hotel experience.

Irene gave me an amazing massage. She adjusted the pressure between strong and relaxing based on how the tissue responded. She even took the initiative to do lymphatic drainage around an area from a past surgery without me having to tell her. That kind of instinct shows real passion. The spa is very well maintained, and the staff there are lovely. Manu made us feel welcome and was friendly when we checked in, while Stefania greeted us with a big smile every morning at breakfast. The hotel is in a good spot, across from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. We had a great stay, and I recommend it if you're coming to Palma.

I had a lovely stay and would happily come back next time I'm in Mallorca. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located near the beach and restaurants. I also really enjoyed my massage at the spa. Paola and the receptionist were kind, and Jose at the front desk was welcoming and thoughtful. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend it.

We only booked breakfast, but after eating at Mikel & Pintxo we wished we'd chosen half board. The food was excellent. The spa was lovely too, and Paula and Irene were fantastic. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day, and the staff were super friendly throughout. We also appreciated that they linked our bookings and put our rooms next to each other. We got an early check-in at Salt Garonda, had an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend it and return.

Poula gave me an excellent 30-minute massage today. The pressure felt just right, and she focused on exactly the areas that needed attention. She was attentive and professional, and I felt relaxed right away. Even in a short session, I left feeling refreshed. Thanks, Poula, it was such a calming experience. I'll definitely be back.
