Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa

The shared spaces were some of the best I've seen in a long time, so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were attentive, sweet, and very friendly with my little 4 kg wiener dog, too. It's wonderfully located, not too far from the sea and right among the activity in town, making it a great base for walks. What a lovely experience: the rooms were great, and it felt like a five-star hotel masquerading as a four-star one.

The staff were the real highlight: warm, attentive, and friendly. We didn't catch the name of the team member who developed the hotel's concierge app, but it had great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. Such a smart, useful idea. At Posada Terra Santa, the stylish rooms were well appointed, and we were welcomed with chilled cava and delicious chocolates in our room. The rooftop pool and bar looked gorgeous, though we visited in November and didn't use them. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with eggs made to order from a small à-la-carte menu at no extra charge. Daily housekeeping was impeccable. The private spa was a real game-changer, small but thoughtfully designed, with a sauna and small pool. We had an exceptional stay, would gladly return, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

At 3:30am, MARCOS GIL DUBUISSON had breakfast ready and waiting for us after the wake-up call, then helped us check out and get into our private car to the airport. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of his way to help. Thank you, Marcos! We slept well: the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was quiet and dark, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Room 103 had a fantastic hot tub on its own terrace. The staff were all friendly and provided wonderful service. The rooftop pool and honesty bar were amazing. You take what you want and write it down in the book. The views were beautiful, and the music, loungers, and little tables made the place feel picture perfect. And breakfast was delicious, with eggs made to order alongside a lovely buffet. HOTEL POSADA TERRA SANTA was wonderful, and we're already looking forward to another visit.

The rooms are big, the bathroom is great, and the staff and service were very helpful. There's a nice rooftop area, and the location is extremely quiet, with public spaces that feel relaxing. Much better than the Nobis Hotel I stayed at last time, and about half the cost. I'll definitely come back next time.
