Hotel Basílica

The lobby and shared areas are beautiful and clean, and the staff were attentive from check-in right through checkout. Hotel Basilica is extremely well located in Palma, so it’s easy to walk just about anywhere. I’d recommend having breakfast at the hotel: there’s a wide variety, it was all very good, and it’s an easy way to start the day. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Manuela at the front desk made our stay exceptional. She was kind, detail-oriented, proactive, and professional, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Her restaurant suggestions were wonderful, and we were glad to eat at the places she thoughtfully picked based on our tastes. The chef, cleaning staff, and the rest of the team gave us amazing service too. We’ve traveled for years and have never experienced service like this. Manuela is a wonderful hostess and truly deserves a raise. The hotel was very quiet in the off-season, extremely clean, and well-appointed. It’s super central, with amazing rooftop views. We loved the wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, comfy beds, and the shower’s great temperature and pressure. What an excellent stay, 1000/10!

The rooftop pool and pillow menu were lovely touches, and every detail felt thoughtfully chosen. We had a great stay at hotel Basilica with my family. The location is amazing, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were wonderful. Yana was especially fantastic. We felt lucky to have had this experience. Thank you, Hotel Basilica!

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the service was immaculate. Staff were attentive and really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had fresh fruit and berries, plus eggs made to order, and we appreciated the welcome drink. All those positive reviews are deserved. This hotel really is a gem, and I highly recommend it.
