Hotel Pabisa Chico

I was glad I’d only booked one night. Music from the place next door carried into the room until 23:30, even though reception had told me it had to stop at 22:00. The balcony glass doors weren’t insulated. At 23:30, a German couple were smoking and arguing loudly on their balcony, so I couldn’t open the doors either. The AC only pushed hot air into the room, and I ended up trying to sleep in the heat. A cleaner also knocked at 10, even though checkout was at 11. I’ve never had that happen at another hotel. Most of the guests seemed to be German men in large groups, and some behaved terribly. Someone even tried to open my hotel room door. The whole area felt like Oktoberfest for German youth. If you’re there to party, maybe it suits you. Otherwise, I’d stay away from hotels between Balnieri 1 and 9 and look at 11 or above, which also means a shorter bus ride into Palma centre.

The place was really clean, including the rooms, and breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. The staff were polite and wonderful. Pabisa Chico is in a handy spot near the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back soon.

Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. Everyone was friendly, and Luci from the bar was especially lovely. She served us really well, bringing our drinks and even some peanuts to the table, and was attentive and helpful the whole time.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the beach and other useful spots, and getting to Palma centre was easy. The staff were really friendly, especially Marina. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
