Hotel THB Niagara - Adults Only

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh choices, from healthier options to treats. Hotel THB Niagara is modern and well looked after, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also liked how close it is to the famous Ballermann nightlife, just a short walk away, so getting back was easy. A comfortable base for enjoying Mallorca's lively side.

Aina at the front desk was especially helpful, even arranging a safe place for me to keep my bike. The staff were kind throughout, and I hope to come back soon. I also liked the room's layout and small balcony with a view. The windows block the noise well, which matters given the location, and breakfast was amazing :)

The noise outside made it really hard to sleep at night, with people partying. The room itself was very nice and the service was amazing, though. I also enjoyed the cocktails by the pool and breakfast. Just know the pool water is very cold.

On 04.08, we came by during the day to ask about an iPhone whose last ping showed it at the hotel. The young blonde woman with glasses was extremely unfriendly and wouldn't let us take a quick look in the lobby or restaurant because we weren't guests. I hoped the manager might sort things out, but he was worse, yelling at us and making fun of us for asking. He told us to leave immediately, then gave us a sarcastic “bye” as we were already heading out. It was an unpleasant, unnecessary, and unprofessional way to be treated. Be aware before booking.
